After the services have been completed and final agreement of satisfaction has been noted, refunds will not be issued. Price will be agreed upon before any work is started. Payment - I require 1/2 down, with a $100 minimum for web site design. When payment is received, site design will begin and will be uploaded to a test server. A link to the test server will be provided to you via email and changes/updates can be monitored during the design process. When you are completely satisfied with the design and content of the site, the site will be uploaded to your server. The balance remaining will be due upon completion. Confidentiality is a priority with QuickDraw Designs. We respect the privacy of others and any information given to us will remain with us (i.e., passwords, contact information, etc.). No information will be submitted to outside companies for solicitation purposes. Training - some companies ask that QuickDraw Designs create their web site with the intention that internal employees will be making changes or updates to thier web site. Although we don't advise this, we are more than happy to provide training at a cost of $25 per hour. If we are contacted to repair a problem with the website (not of our own doing), you will be billed at $25 per hour to correct the error. We cannot provide any HTML editing software, but we will be happy to recommend the best program(s) to suit your budget. |
